Just after reading the DMB news, a friend I’ve known since High School broke some other news to me.
Kevin Gracie, above, who I’ve clowned around with since the 6th grade, was the 50 Millionth fan at Oriole Park at Camden Yards tonight.
He won:
50 thousand dollars. Season tickets to O’s games for 5 years. An authentic #50 jersey.
And this picture of him, the big ass check, and the Bird helping him start the O-R-I-O-L-E-S chant.
He’s been studying away in Law School, so he deserves it. And I think I might be asking him for tickets.

Neat story: this one day, Mr. Weeatwhatwelike.com got an email from a friend with a screen shot of a ticket confirmation for the show and the words “Happy Birthday”. Mr. Taylorforry.com doesn’t live in New York, so the email implied that he would be coming to visit. Unfortunately, Mr. Taylorforry.com got a gangstador new job, so he can no longer attend, but (I assume) Mrs. Weeatwhatwelike.com will go in his place. It’s not THAT bad though; Mr. Taylorforry.com has already been this close to the band. Talk about “careering it” with the camera.
